  • Pricing & Currency: All prices displayed on our website are stated in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD).

  • Pricing Accuracy: In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust any orders placed for that item prior to dispatch, with prompt notification and full refund provided to the customer.

3. Orders & Payment Terms

  • Order Placement: When you complete checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email/notification. An order confirmation indicates receipt of your request, not guaranteed acceptance. Order fulfillment is subject to stock availability and address verification.

  • Accepted Payment Methods: We offer secure payment options, including authorized electronic payment gateways (Knet, Visa, MasterCard) and Cash on Delivery (where applicable).

  • Standard delivery across Kuwait is carried out within up to 3 business days, with daily delivery windows between 5:00 PM and 12:00 Midnight.

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and an accessible local contact number.

5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

  • Our returns, exchanges, and refund procedures comply with Kuwait Consumer Protection laws and are detailed in our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Eligible returns must be requested within the designated return timeframe (e.g., within 14 days of receipt), accompanied by proof of purchase, and in their original, unused condition with all tags and original packaging intact.
