Important Note: We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be paid and confirmed online at checkout before fulfillment and dispatch.

2. Pricing & Currency

  • All prices, delivery fees, and order totals displayed across our website are charged strictly in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD).

  • The total purchase amount displayed on the final checkout screen is the exact and only amount you will be billed. We do not charge hidden processing fees or unannounced surcharges.

3. Payment Security & Data Privacy

4. Order Confirmation & Billing

  • Your payment card/account will be debited immediately upon authorization by your bank/payment network at checkout.

  • Once your transaction is approved, an order confirmation email including your itemized invoice, receipt, and order number will be generated immediately.

  • If an online payment transaction is declined or cancelled, your order will not be completed or prepared for shipping. Please ensure your card has sufficient funds and is authorized for e-commerce transactions, or contact your card issuer.
