At Bzone, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Return & Refund Policy complies with the applicable Consumer Protection Laws of the State of Kuwait.

1. Return & Exchange Period

General Products

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Jewelry & Eyewear

Due to the nature of these products, return or exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must:

  • Be unused.

  • Be in its original condition.

  • Be returned in its original unopened packaging.

  • Include all accessories, manuals, labels, and original packaging.

  • Be accompanied by the original invoice or order number.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or supplied incorrectly:

  • Food products (unless expired or damaged upon delivery)

  • Personal care products

  • Toothbrushes

  • Hair removal devices

  • Shavers

  • Underwear

  • Swimwear

  • Opened cosmetics

  • Newspapers and magazines

  • Any product damaged due to misuse

4. Defective or Incorrect Products

Customers are entitled to a full return or replacement if the product:

  • Has a manufacturing defect.

  • Arrives damaged.

  • Is counterfeit or not genuine.

  • Does not match the product description or specifications.

  • Is different from the item ordered.

In such cases, Bzone will cover all shipping and replacement costs.

5. Shipping Charges

Customer Change of Mind

If the returned product is in perfect condition and the customer simply changes their mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Defective Products

If the product is defective or incorrectly delivered, Bzone will bear all shipping expenses.

6. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

  • Customers will be notified of the inspection result.

  • The full purchase amount will be refunded.

  • No KNET, Visa, or MasterCard transaction fees will be deducted.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days, although the final posting time depends on the customer's bank.

7. How to Request a Return

Customers may submit a return or exchange request through:

  • Website

  • Email

  • WhatsApp

  • Customer Service

Once approved, Bzone will either:

  • Arrange collection through the shipping partner, or

  • Provide the return address.

Return requests are typically reviewed within 10 business days after receiving the returned item.

8. Warranty

Products covered by a warranty will clearly state the warranty period on the product page.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse

  • Physical damage

  • Liquid damage

  • Improper installation

  • Unauthorized repairs

  • Electrical damage

  • Software viruses

Customers must keep the original invoice to claim warranty services.

9. Delivery Policy

Bzone delivers orders throughout the State of Kuwait.

Orders will be delivered to the address provided during checkout.

If the customer is unavailable, delivery may be completed to any person present at the delivery address, which shall be considered successful delivery.

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or customer unavailability, Customer Service will arrange another delivery attempt.
